Resolution:
Do not give an explicit name to the result set. Simply set the result name to 0.

    1. This is dependent on the type of result set you have specified. Full Result Set or Single Row.
      If its a single row, each column can be specified as 0,1,2,3, etc and map each to a variable.

      If you are doing full result set, simple define a variable of type object, and assign a single item “0” to the object variable. I then use the For Each Loop Container using a ADO Source to loop through the records in the result set, and process accordingly.
